System Log

Any administrative action performed on Documenos® servers is recorded in the system log.

Service Log

Any action taken in background services on Documenos® servers is recorded in the service log

Document Log

Any transaction that takes place in the Documenos® document and process management module is recorded in the document log.

Contract Log

In the Documenos® document and process management module, all transactions performed on contracts are recorded in the contract log.

Drive Log

Any transaction that occurs in the Documenos® drive module is recorded in the drive log.

Error Log

Any error that occurs during operation on Documenos® servers or due to background services is recorded in the error log.

Email Queue and Email Log

During operation on Documenos® servers or as a result of background services, emails are sent to relevant users in many functions. Email sending is tracked through a queue and every email to be sent is recorded in the common email sending queue.

Reminder Log

In some modules in Documenos®, reminder records can be created for different functions. Background services follow these reminders and send reminder messages to users at the times requested in the reminder setting. Reminder messages are always recorded in the reminder log.

File Operations Log

Any file operation (create, copy, paste, delete, etc.) that occurs in the Documenos® archive and drive modules is recorded in this log.

Archive Service Operations Log

In the archive module, some long-running operations are not performed directly from the frontend but are executed through a queue in the background services. The event log for these operations is tracked as the archive service log.

Archive Reports (Daily and Monthly)

Documenos® offers two different PIVOT report sources where you can access the total figures of the transactions made in the archive module on a daily and monthly basis.

Archive Content Summary

In Documenos® archives, information about how many materials are in which archive and how much space they take up in total is provided instantly with an archive content summary report.

Archive Statistics

All Documenos® archives - in terms of the percentage of space they occupy - are displayed together as a pie chart in the archive statistics report.

Document Content Analysis Report

Documenos® stores and allows you to analyze the contents and header fields of all documents produced within the document and process module (in free text or from form templates) as statistical data.

Process Analysis Report

All header data of Documenos® process files can be analyzed in a PIVOT table.

Workflow Analysis Report

All data from Documenos® workflows can be analyzed in a PIVOT table.

BI Visualized Reporting

With Documenos®' Dashboard components, you can personalize your data with a drag-and-drop interface and easily track important KPIs.

Exportable BI Reports

By clicking the Export button, the entire page content can be downloaded in PDF, PNG or XLSX formats in both design and viewing screens.

BI Authorized Data Visualization

To define a data dashboard page or edit existing pages, users must be “System Authorized”. Additionally, each page in the Data Dashboard can be individually determined for who can see it.

BI Live Filters

Thanks to the filters defined in the data panel, you can instantly access the data you want to see.
