Your appointment and meeting calendar, right inside your business software.
Documenos® Calendar lets everyone in your organization manage their meetings, appointments and events from a single screen. Look at the next few hours or the whole month.
Connect Documenos® Calendar to the calendar of the email account you already use. Appointments created in Documenos® appear in Google Calendar or Outlook, and meetings added there appear in Documenos®, without entering anything twice.
Gmail and Google Workspace calendars, connected by signing in with your Google account.
Outlook and Microsoft 365 calendars, connected by signing in with your Microsoft account.
Your iCloud calendar, connected over the CalDAV standard.
Nextcloud, Fastmail, Zimbra, Synology and Radicale calendars are supported as well.
You can connect more than one calendar, and each connection has its own settings.
Send Documenos® appointments only to the external calendar, only bring external events into Documenos®, or keep both sides in sync in both directions.
If you prefer, your appointments appear in the external calendar only as "Busy"; titles and descriptions stay in Documenos®.
Google and Microsoft accounts grant access only to your calendar, not your emails. Connection details are stored encrypted.
Changes are synchronized automatically every few minutes, from the past 30 days to the next 365 days.
Title, description, start and end times, all-day events and recurrence rules are carried over.
Add your own IMAP or POP3 email accounts to Documenos® and read, reply to and forward your emails on the same platform as your calendar. Booking links and appointment confirmations are sent by email automatically, so the other party is always informed.
You can email single-use booking links to your customers, candidates or business partners. Whoever opens the link sees only the times when you are genuinely free; your working hours, appointment length, unavailable times and booking horizon are taken into account automatically.
The selected time is added to your calendar immediately, and both parties receive a notification email.
Each link can be used only once and expires after the period you set.
You can track the status of the links you have sent from a single list.
You don't need to create a new entry every time for weekly team meetings, monthly reviews or annual events.
You can define daily, weekly, monthly or yearly recurrence rules and set the interval, the days on which it falls and when it ends.
If you need to change or cancel a single occurrence of a series, the other occurrences remain unaffected.
Each meeting can be assigned a location, priority and meeting type. Administrators define these, give each one a color and can name them for every language.
You can see at a glance in the calendar where a meeting will take place.
The color shows which appointments are important.
Shows what kind of meeting it is; a default duration can also be set for each type.
The calendar's start and end hours are defined per company; each user configures the rest for themselves.
The calendar's start and end hours are defined per company.
Each user selects their own time zone.
The standard appointment length can be set from 5 to 60 minutes.
You decide how many days ahead appointments can be booked through your links.
You can define recurring weekly hours when you are unavailable, or specific date ranges such as leave or travel. Others cannot book appointments during these times, while you can still add entries to your own calendar whenever you like.
You can share your calendar with assistants who are Documenos® users and grant them view or edit permission.
Your assistant can arrange your meetings on your behalf.
Your teammates see when you are available and plan accordingly.
Calendars shared with you are listed in the menu and open with one click.
Activities created in the Documenos® CRM module can be automatically reflected in the assignee's calendar or in the calendar of the entire sales team. The activity's type, customer details, priority and duration are transferred to the calendar entry.
When an activity is updated, the calendar is updated too; when it is cancelled, the related calendar entries are removed. This way your sales team does not have to track customer meetings somewhere else.
