Documenos® lets your employees message each other instantly from within the platform, without needing a separate application.
Messages are delivered in real time, with no need to refresh the page.
A green indicator in the contact list shows who is online, and you can instantly find the colleague you are looking for by name.
Conversations are stored as an organized history with day headings and timestamps.
You can delete a message you sent; the deleted message is replaced by a note showing who deleted it, so the flow of the conversation is not broken.
The number of unread messages is shown separately next to each contact. When a new message arrives, the message icon in the top menu flashes to alert you.
