Design and manage your web pages with ease.
With Documenos® Content Management you create and publish your company's web pages without needing separate software. Pages, menus, footers, files and knowledge bases are brought together on a single management screen.
You can make any page you create the landing page of your company's Documenos® address. When visitors arrive at your site, they see a welcome page that reflects your corporate identity. Each page is published at its own easy-to-remember address.
You build your pages with a visual designer, without writing code.
Drag and drop text, image, section and layout blocks to build the page exactly the way you want.
The designer works completely offline and does not connect to any external service in on-premises installations.
Background color, text color, font and font size can be set individually for each page.
Copy any page you like with one click and use it as the starting point for new pages. Thanks to ready-made page templates, pages such as home, about us and services are ready to publish within minutes.
Your pages are not limited to static content. In the areas you define within the design, you place panels that pull live data from Documenos®. Some of them:
Published dashboards, document and archive statistics.
Published procedures and quality documents.
Archive contents and announcements.
You can list records stored in datasets on your web page.
Maps, knowledge bases, anonymous surveys and password-protected shared Drive folders can also be added to the page. This way, your website always stays up to date with your internal systems.
Your web page becomes a channel through which visitors interact directly with your organization. By adding forms such as applications, requests and suggestions to the page, you can let people create documents without signing in.
With verification panels for documents, contracts and accounting documents, external parties can check the authenticity of documents sent to them. These forms use the same infrastructure as your internal workflows.
You define separate contact forms for every need.
You decide whether the name, email, phone, organization, subject and message fields are shown and whether they are required. By adding an explicit consent text, you meet your personal data protection obligations.
Incoming requests are collected in an inbox. You can convert them into a document, a quality record or a task in a single step.
Automated submissions are filtered out with a hidden honeypot field and flagged as spam. Excessive numbers of submissions are rate-limited.
You create multi-level menus and arrange menu items with drag and drop.
Like pages, footers are built with the visual designer. Each page can use its own menu and footer or inherit the company-wide defaults.
Logos, images and documents are kept in a shared library; you also use the same files in email templates and campaigns. A file that is in use cannot be deleted by mistake.
Pages, menus and footers can be prepared separately in ten languages. Turkish, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish, Russian and Arabic are supported.
Visitors choose the language they want and browse the site in that language. A visitor's language choice does not affect the session language of internal users. This way you reach your international customers and business partners in their own language.
