1. Documenos Software is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy statement explains the data collection and usage practices of the Documenos Software site; it does not apply to other online or offline Documenos Software sites, products, or services. Accessing this site indicates that you agree to the information collection and usage practices described in this privacy statement.

1.a. Collection of Your Personal Information

We request information from you when we need personally identifiable information (personal information) that allows us to contact you or provide services to you, such as when you purchase, download, or register Documenos Software products, or when you request information about Documenos Software products and services, participate in contests, order e-mail newsletters, participate in special access-limited sites or services, register for an event or training, or carry out a transaction you have requested. Please note that the privacy statement and choices you make on the site do not necessarily apply to personal information you may have provided to Documenos Software in the context of other, separately operated Documenos Software products and services. For certain services provided by Documenos Software , maintaining contact with the customer is an integral part of the service. You cannot unsubscribe from these communications as they are considered an essential part of the service you have chosen.

You can review and edit your personal information and contact preferences provided on this site from the profile screen. You will be asked to enter your password before personal information is displayed.

In the Profile Center, you can:

• View and edit personal information you have already provided to Documenos Software . • Indicate whether you want Documenos Software to send you marketing information. • Indicate whether you want third parties to contact you. • Subscribe to or unsubscribe from newsletters about our services and products. Some services offered on Documenos Software may collect information that is not accessible via the Profile Center. However, in such cases, you can access your personal information through other means as described at the end of this statement or as explained by the specific service.

1.e. Security of Your Personal Information

Documenos Software is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the information you provide on computer servers with limited access located in controlled facilities. Additionally, when we transmit sensitive personal information (such as a credit card number) over the Internet, we protect it using encryption methods like the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

1.f. Protecting Children's Personal Information

Documenos Software is a general audience site and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If responses to questions asked during product registration indicate they belong to a child, this information is not shared with any other person or organization under any circumstances.

1.g. Cookies

This site uses cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the registration process and to personalize the site. Cookies are small text files placed on your hard drive by a web page server. 2. TERMS OF USE, ACCEPTANCE AND RETURN POLICY OF USING Documenos Software PRODUCTS

The services provided to you by Documenos Software are subject to the Terms of Use ("TOU"). Documenos Software reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the TOU by downloading the ‘Privacy Statement’ document from the download section of the website.

Documenos Software provides you with access to a variety of resources, including software, various resources, developer tools, download areas, communication forums, and product information through its website (collectively "Services"). The services, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new web properties, are subject to the TOU.

2.b. Limitation on Personal and Non-Commercial Use

Unless otherwise specified, the software and services are for your personal and non-commercial use. All software that is available for download from the services ("Software") is the copyrighted work of Documenos Software The use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the Software ("License Agreement"). An end user must read and accept the terms of the License Agreement before installing any software that includes or is accompanied by a License Agreement. By installing the Software, the end user agrees to and accepts all the terms and conditions of the License Agreement. According to the License Agreement, the Software is made available for download solely for use by end users. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software not in accordance with the License Agreement is expressly prohibited by law and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible. 2.f. Member Account, Password, and Security

If any of the services require you to open a user account, you must complete the registration process by providing current, complete, and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You will also choose a password and a username. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Additionally, you are entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Documenos Software immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Documenos Software will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Documenos Software or another party due to someone else using your account. You may not use anyone else’s account at any time without the account holder’s permission. Documenos Software registers product license numbers to names and email addresses. Documenos Software will not accept any responsibility in case of security or theft incidents involving your email address, leading to your license information being obtained by someone else.

2.g. Unlawful or Prohibited Use

As a condition of your use of the Services, you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Documenos Software server, or the network(s) connected to any Documenos Software server, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of any Services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to any Documenos Software server or any of the Services, through hacking, password mining, or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Services.

2.h. Product Return Conditions

Documenos Software 's products are registered on Documenos Software 's servers by matching them with the hardware identification numbers of the computers. Products can be returned within legal return limits. To request a return, the license registration on the computers where the software is installed must be removed from within the software. For packaged products, if the package is opened, the cost of the packaging and the printed materials, booklet, CD, DVD, etc., inside will be deducted from the license return fee. Customers agree to cover shipping or other transportation costs in case of product sale and return. For a return, the original copy of the product invoice must be submitted with the return request. If the original copy of the invoice cannot be found, the return will not be accepted. The customer is not required to provide a reason for the return.

2.i. Use of Services

The Services may contain XML data web services, email services, bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, photo albums, file cabinets, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with others (each a "Communication Service" and collectively "Communication Services"). You agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send, and receive messages and material that are proper and, when applicable, related to the particular Communication Service. Documenos Software has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Documenos Software reserves the right to review materials posted to the Communication Services and to remove any materials at its sole discretion. Documenos Software reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever. Documenos Software reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post, or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, at Documenos Software ’s sole discretion. Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Documenos Software does not control or endorse the content, messages, or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, Documenos Software specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. 2.j. Materials Provided to Documenos Software or Posted at Any Documenos Software Website

Documenos Software does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to Documenos Software (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input, or submit to any Services or their associated services for review by the general public, or by the members of any public or private community (each a "Submission" and collectively "Submissions"). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing, or submitting ("Posting") your Submission, you are granting Documenos Software , its affiliated companies, and necessary sublicensees permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses (including, without limitation, all Documenos Software Services), including, without limitation, the license rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate, and reformat your Submission; to publish your name in connection with your Submission; and the right to sublicense such rights to any supplier of the Services. No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. Documenos Software is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and Documenos Software may remove any Submission at any time at its sole discretion. By Posting a Submission, you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in these Terms of Use including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input, or submit the Submissions. By posting images, photographs, pictures, or other graphical content (in whole or in part) (“Images”), you warrant and represent that (a) you are the copyright owner of such Images, or that the copyright owner of such Images has granted you permission to use such Images or any content and/or images contained in such Images consistent with the manner and purpose of your use and as otherwise permitted by these Terms of Use and the Services, (b) you have the rights necessary to grant the licenses and sublicenses described in these Terms of Use, and (c) that each person depicted in such Images, if any, has provided consent to the use of the Images as set forth in these Terms of Use, including, by way of example, and not as a limitation, the distribution, public display, and reproduction of such Images.
