Automatic Data Retrieval
In order to use Documenos' document and process management module efficiently, it is a prerequisite that your organization's organizational chart and users are defined.
If the number of people working in your organization is low and your organization chart does not change frequently, you can easily manage your users and organization chart manually from the screens in Documenos.
If your number of users is too large to be managed manually or if your staff turnover is high, you are probably expected to manage your users and organizational chart with another application. For example, you may be using HR software or Microsoft Active Directory or another similar application for this purpose.
To benefit from the advantages of Documenos, managing an organizational chart in two separate places within your organization's HR software and Documenos, or manually managing user accounts in two separate places, may not be efficient and may even cause errors due to forgotten or incorrectly entered information.
Documenos provides you with screens that allow you to automatically import your user accounts and organizational chart from outside at regular intervals.
The data you will upload to Documenos from external sources with automatic data import must be in one of the data sources examined under the "Data Sources" heading.
Attention! The automatic data retrieval function cannot be used with the demo version of the application.
